注水干线固定式冲洗工艺现场应用

             

摘要

Due to the long term operation of the water injection pipeline, suspended matter is gradu-ally absorbed on the wall of the water injection pipeline owing to corrosion and scaling.In order to re-move the pollutants from the water pipeline,the lap temporary pipeline endpoint venting and large dis-placement washing technology are widely used. However, there are some problems in the process, such as safety hidden danger, flushing and so on. In order to ensure the comprehensive irrigation and safety of water lines, the washing sewage will be treated to the nearest sewage treatment station by the water injection pump, through building the new pipeline connecting the water route. Based on the empirical formula of Darcy coefficient and Darcy formula, the pressure of each node under different length and different displacement is calculated,and it provides the basis for the construction of the fixed flushing process of water injection line.%由于注水干线长期运行,注水管线因腐蚀、结垢使悬浮物逐渐吸附到管壁上,为了去除注水干线内的污染物,通常采用搭接临时管道、端点放空的大排量冲洗工艺,但该工艺存在安全隐患、冲洗有死角等问题.为保证对注水干线安全、全面地冲洗,采用新建管道连接各注水干线的方式,利用注水泵将冲洗污水输送至就近的污水站内进行处理.利用沿程阻力系数经验公式及达西公式计算不同长度、不同排量下各节点的压力,为注水干线固定式冲洗工艺的建设提供依据.
