基于模糊层次分析法的天然气净化厂设备完整性评价

         

摘要

随着天然气净化厂规模和处理量的持续增大,设备运行状态成为天然气净化厂安全稳定运行的基础,设备完整性管理水平决定了天然气净化厂的安全等级,为此利用模糊层次分析法开展了天然气净化厂设备完整性评价研究。首先构建了天然气净化厂设备完整性三级评价指标体系;其次利用层次分析法计算各级指标的权重,并通过模糊综合评价法建立完整性评价模型;再将权重数据和设备管理数据代入该模型,计算得到天然气净化厂设备的完整性等级。应用完整性模糊综合评价模型对某天然气净化厂脱硫装置的完整性进行评价的结果符合净化厂现状,根据设备存在的潜在风险提出了改进措施。%With the increasing of the scale and the processing capacity of the natural gas purification plant,the operation state of the equipment becomes the basis of the safe and stable operation of the nat-ural gas purification plant. The level of equipment integrity management determines the safety level of natural gas purification plant. Therefore, fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to carry out the evaluation of equipment integrity.First of all,the three level evaluation index system of natural gas purification plant was built. Then, the study has established assessment model for the integrity of equipment through Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (FCEM). After putting the weight data and device management data into the model, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation vector can be got. Using these comprehensive evaluation vector calculate the comprehensive score, finally, it can get the integrity level of purification equipment. At last, the study has managed to implement a case study based on the integrity of purification equipment in a certain natural gas purification plant with such AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technique, and has already analyzed the potential risks of the equipment,and put forward the improvement measures.
