伊拉克米桑油田100 m塔架式火炬施工技术

             

摘要

伊拉克米桑油田中心处理站项目中的火炬总高100 m,是当地最高的设备,也是项目关键控制性工程。火炬总质量约185 t,塔架为三菱椎体空间结构,内置主火炬、副火炬和酸性气体火炬筒体。火炬特点是重且高,易产生变形和失稳,现场安装面临气温高、场地狭窄、吊车资源不足等问题。项目根据现场情况采用地面分段组装、分段吊装的吊装工艺,重点对塔架地面预制、地基处理、吊耳选择、吊索具受力计算、吊装过程管理等进行重点控制,最终仅用35天完成吊装,吊装一次就位率达100%。%The 100 m flare of Iraq Missan Oilfield CPF project is the highest equipment in local and is also the controlled crucial works. The spatial structure of the flare is triangular pyramid with a high pressure vent flare cylinder,a low pressure vent flare cylinder and sour gas vent flare cylinder in it.The total weight of flare is about 185 tons and has the features of deformation and instability. There are many difficulties in hoisting on site, such as: high temperature and sandstorm, straitness field, lack of crane and so on. According to the site condition the hoisting scheme adopted sectionally assemble on the ground, and sectionally hoisting and assembling in the sky, and focus on prefabrication on the ground, ground treatment, lug forms, force calculation of slings and hoisting process management. The hoisting duration is only 35 days and the primary rate of precisely positing the flares reaches 100%.
