In order to solve problems of the carbon dioxide injection construction equipment,such as time-consuming and energy-wasting assembly, risky manual operation and inaccurate data recording, the mobile carbon dioxide injection control system is designed by using the principle of industrial con-figuration platform.The system has many advantages such as high integration,high security,high de-gree of automation, high data authenticity, and remote operation. It has completed the carbon diox-ide injection task of 22 wells, with a total liquid carbon dioxide injection of 5392 tons, running for 1797 hours and achieving efficient,safe and accurate injection of carbon dioxide.With the improve-ment of the requirement for injection process, the intelligent operation and flexibility of the system need to be further improved.%为了解决二氧化碳注入施工设备组装费时费力、人工操作风险大和数据记录不准确等问题,利用工业组态平台原理设计了移动式二氧化碳注入控制系统,其具有集成度高、安全性高、自动化程度高、数据真实性强,及可远程操作等诸多优点.该系统已完成22口油井的二氧化碳注入任务,累计注入液态二氧化碳5392 t,运行1797 h,实现了二氧化碳的高效、安全、精确的注入.随着对注入工艺要求的提高,系统在操作智能化和设备灵活性两方面还需进一步改进.
