水力旋流器在矿场的应用试验之一

摘要

It has been verified that hydrocyclone is effective for thepre-separation of high watercut crude oil.The influence of the split ratio on oil content of the overflow and underflow is discussed.It has also proposed that the relationship of high efficiency flowrate and energy consumption should be carefully considered during the design stage,and the compatibility between the overflow diameter and inlet oil content is also very important when the hydrocyclone is applied to field production.%通过试验证明用水力旋流器进行高含水原油预分离是行之有效的。讨论了分流比对溢流和底流含油质量分数的影响关系，提出了在旋流管设计时应考虑高效流量与能耗的关系问题，以及旋流器在生产实践过程中应注意溢流口直径大小与入口含油质量分数相匹配问题。
