钻机盘式刹车系统优化设计的理论探讨

         

摘要

The applied forces to braking disc and braking plier for discbrake system of drilling rigs are analyzed.Then the basic relationships of the consuming energy on the friction faces, forces and other factors are deduced.The expressions of energy transformation for disc brake system of drilling rigs are derived on the basis of the principle of energy conservation. By further analysis of the operating requirements of the disc brake system and main failure forms during braking periods, the theoretical curves of temperature change and consuming power changes are proposed.At case the optimum design model of the disc brake system for drilling rigs is established, and also some things related to the model are discussed.%分析了钻机盘式刹车系统中刹车盘和刹车钳的受力状态,导出了其受力和摩擦面上耗散功率等因素之间的基本关系式。根据能量守恒原理又推导了钻机盘式刹车系统的能量转换表达式。通过进一步分析盘式刹车系统的使用要求和刹车过程中失效的主要形式,提出了刹车盘摩擦表面温度变化的理想曲线和耗散功率变化的理想曲线。建立了钻机盘式刹车系统的优化设计模型,并进行了分析讨论。
