基于掺水流量与压力信号的稠油开采防堵预警系统

         

摘要

To deal with jam during exploitation of thickened oil,an early warning system with PLC and SCM is present,based on the changing characteristic of the injecting water flow and pressure. A circuit was designed to broaden the pulse signal of water flow in order that the general IO of PLC could count the pulse quantity on the basis of pulse signal characteristic. The PLC could judge the running state of the exploitation, by comparing the monitored signal with the setting threshold. And the warning information could be sent out by GSM controlled by the SCM. The warning model of sound-light and GSM is dynamic integrated. The onsite running result proves its validity.%针对稠油开采过程中易出现的井堵问题,结合空心杆掺水稠油开采工艺,根据实时掺水流量和掺水压力作为井堵判断依据,基于PLC与单片机开发出经济型防堵预警系统.根据所选流量计脉冲信号输出特征设计展宽电路,利用普通IO口实现了高速脉冲计数功能;PLC根据实测瞬时流量与设定流量下限阈值比较,并结合掺水压力变化趋势自动判断井况;基于单片机系统利用GSM模块实现预警短信发送,将就地声光报警与远程短信息报警有机结合.实践表明:该装置能够有效实现井堵预警功能,可有效保障稠油稳定开采.
