双定位双密封隔水管快速接头设计计算及应力分析

摘要

A kind of double localization and double seal quick coupling was designed as per the structure,dimensions,and material of the riser. The water depth and environmental parameters were also considered. Based on the results of static analysis of the riser,stress analysis was performed on the coupling. Results showed that the designed coupling could satisfy the requirements of the rules.%根据某平台隔水管的结构形式和尺寸、管柱材料、水深和海洋环境参数等条件设计了1种双定位双密封快速接头.基于隔水管结构整体静力分析结果对接头局部进行了应力分析.结果表明设计的双定位双密封快速接头能够满足规范要求.
