基于ANSYS的割缝筛管应力分析和结构优化

摘要

Slotted screens are widely used in sand control well completion, but research on structure and stress is very limited.Through finite element numerical simulation, stress distribution in a slotted screen during production is acquired.Study the relationship between structure parameters and max-stress, then structure design of the slotted screen can be optimized.%防砂完井中割缝筛管使用广泛,但对其应力和结构研究不足.应用ANSYS软件对割缝筛管进行有限元数值模拟,可以得到在采油工况下割缝筛管的应力分布.通过改变割缝筛管的结构参数,得到结构参数与最大应力的关系,从而可以优化割缝筛管结构.
