高压大直径钢管水压试验机研制

摘要

Because the contour parameter of steel pipe have more thickness and more diameter in our factory, the present hydraulic pressure tester was unable to satisfy its hydraulic pressure test.To check the pressure resistance of steel pipe, the hydraulic test machine is designed (diameter from 194 mm to 1 000 mm).The article describes the parameter,components of the system,and structure feature.At the same time, the differences between this machine and the other machines are analyzed.%随着国内大壁厚、大口径钢管的生产,目前的水压试验机已无法满足钢管水压试验的要求.为检验钢管耐压性能是否达到使用要求,研发了可试验Φ194～Φ1000 mm钢管的水压试验机.简要介绍了该水压试验机的参数、系统组成及结构特点,并分析了其与国内其他钢管水压试验机的不同点.
