深水铺管船储缆绞车排缆器受力和运动分析

摘要

line guide is an important parts of storage winch on the deepwater pipeline laying vessel.It guides the cable to wind around the drum smartly.Line guide mainly consists of screw rod, cable puller and frame.The screw rod is reversing screw driven by chain transmission and turns synchronously with the drum.The screw-pitch equals to the diameter of the wire cable.The cable puller consists of small rollers, pulley stop, pulley and sliding nut.It is mounted on the bearing frame and slips on it driven by screw rod.To prevent the screw rod from deformation, force analysis and finite element analysis have been done for the bearing frame and the results show the requirements for strength and stiffness are satisfied.%排缆器是储缆绞车中的重要部件,引导钢缆整齐有序地排列在储缆绞车卷筒上,主要由螺杆、牵绳器和承重梁等组成.储缆卷筒与排缆器的螺杆通过链传动装置实现同步转动,螺杆为双向螺纹,导程为铜缆直径.牵绳器由小滚轮、滑轮挡板、滑轮和滑块螺母组成,通过小滚轮安装在承重梁上.双向螺杆的转动使滑块螺母带着牵绳器沿螺杆轴线左右移动,引导钢缆排绳.为避免螺杆承受过大压力而发生弯曲变形,对承重梁进行了受力和有限元分析,通过计算其强度和刚度均满足要求.
