双升式钻机井架及其底座静力学分析

摘要

应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对双升式钻机井架及其底座进行了静力结构分析.在分析计算结果的基础上,确定了井架及底座结构在静力条件下受指定载荷作用时的应力和位移分布,从理论上满足了强度、刚度等方面的基本要求,找出了薄弱部位和过剩环节,为井架结构强度设计提供依据.%ANSYS was used to analyze static force on singleshot rig mast and its base. Based on the calculation and analysis, the specific load stress and displacement distribution under static force was determined and it met the rigidity and strength in theories. The weakness location and over forced part were found out, thus to provide the design basis.
