一种新型钻井参数监测系统的硬件设计

摘要

钻井参数仪表是钻井工程中监测钻井过程、进行科学分析和科学决策的重要工具.在参考国内先进水平的基础上,研究开发了一套精度高、功能齐全、界面美观友好的实时多参数钻井监测系统.进行系统的硬件体系结构分析与设计,完成了传感器的选型.详细分析了系统的信号处理,并介绍了硬件系统如何应用现场总线进行信号传输.%Drilling parameters instrument is important tool for monitoring drilling process, scientific analysis and scientific decision-making in drilling engineering. Based on referencing the advanced techniques,a drilling monitoring system with high precision, complete function, beautiful and friendly interface is developed in this paper. The hardware structure of the system is analyzed and design,the types of the sensors can be determined, The signal processing system are analyzed in detail, and how to apply for hardware system foundation field bus signal transmission is introduced concretely.
