FHZ28-105型环形防喷器胶芯研制

摘要

为满足高压油气井的井控要求,研制了FHZ28-105型环形防喷器.胶芯是其关键部件,采用锥形结构,材料为丁腈橡胶,并设计了金属骨架.应用有限元软件分析了胶芯的形变、接触应力和应变,符合设计要求.室内试验表明,胶芯的密封压力可达105 MPa.为高压防喷器的国产化提供技术支持.%In order to meet the well control requirements of high pressure oil/gas well,FHZ28-105 annular BOP was developed. The packer unit is key component,taper configuration and nitrile-bu-tadiene rubber (NBR) were used, and metallic inserts were designed. On the basis of finite element software, deformation of packer, stress and strain of rubber were analyzed, and the result met the design requirement. The tests in the factory showed that sealing pressure could reach 105 MPa. The Research will provide technical support for homemade high pressure BOP.
