可环空测试防落物抽油泵研制与应用

摘要

For aggravation of falling objects in the oil well bottom and sand which caused pump detection frequently,subsurface pumps with annulus testing falling object-proof structure was developed. The annulus testing technology did not stop oil production,instead,it dredged falling objectsrnand sand in tubing effectively*thus prolonged maintenance interval of pump and cut down production cost.%针对油田井底落物和地层出砂加剧,造成检泵作业频繁的问题,研制了可环空测试防落物抽油泵,实现了不停井环空测试技术,同时使得进入油管内的落物和砂粒得到有效疏导,从而有效延长了检泵周期,降低了采油成本.
