潜油电泵金属波纹管储油腔设计及试验研究

             

摘要

The protector with rubber bag will be aging and corrosion in the oil well with high tem-perature and corrosive medium and the rubber bag will be broken easily,causing the well fluid rushing into the motor and the motor burning up.This problem has restricted the popularization and application of the electric submersible pumping (ESP)system.So the high temperature resis-ting and corrosion resisting oil accumulator in the seal section of the ESP system must be devel-oped.The test results show that the metallic bellows oil accumulator,with the structure of metal-lic bellows,has some excellent characters,such as fatigue resisting and high temperature resisting and corrosion resisting.But also it could satisfy the expansion and contraction of the ESP oil,and meet other requests for utilization completely.Field application results showed that with the me-tallic bellows oil accumulator in the seal section,the electrical submersible pump can run in high temperature oil wells steadily.%胶囊式保护器在高温、腐蚀的油井中会发生老化和腐蚀,胶囊极易发生破裂,使井液进入电机,导致电机烧毁,严重制约了潜油电泵机组的推广应用。研制了耐高温、耐腐蚀的潜油电机保护器用储油腔,该储油腔采用金属波纹管结构。试验结果表明:金属波纹管储油腔不仅具有耐疲劳、耐腐蚀、耐高温的特性,而且能够满足电机油的膨胀收缩需求,完全可以满足潜油电泵机组的使用要求。现场应用表明:金属波纹管储油腔电机保护器可以使潜油电泵机组在高温油井中稳定运行,效果显著。
