钻杆旋转台肩螺纹连接结构粘结失效影响因素分析

         

摘要

旋转台肩螺纹连接结构粘结失效是钻杆主要的失效形式之一,发生位置包括内外螺纹连接部位及其旋转台肩。分析认为:粘结失效的本质是旋转台肩螺纹连接结构局部位置接触应力过大,使得金属材料局部屈服和流动,这种金属流动的放大过程导致了粘结事故的发生。粘结失效事故发生是非常复杂的,与钻杆材料、螺纹参数,涂镀层、螺纹脂、上卸扣操作等多方面因素相关,这些因素在不同的组合条件下发挥着不同的作用,且都会对螺纹结构的粘结失效造成一定的影响。为了减少钻杆旋转台肩螺纹结构粘结失效事故的发生,建议严格规范钻杆旋转台肩螺纹连接结构的检验和使用。%Galling of rotary shouldered thread connections is the usual failure style of drill pipe, which happened mostly on threads and shoulders.The analysis showed that galling failure was caused by large contact stress partly applied on rotary shouldered thread that made the materials local yield of the metal material and metal flow,metal flow of which lead galling in large scale. The galling is a comprehensive process mostly in relation to material composition,mechanical properties,thread parameter and size,and thread grease,make-up and break-down,field operation and so on.These factors would affect in a different ways in different combination on thread struc-ture.In order to control galling failure accidents,it is necessary to standardize strict inspection and field operation of dill pipe.
