SAGD井举升问题及大直径全陶瓷抽油泵研究

摘要

Structural ceramics have excellent performance such as high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,and high hardness.Pump barrel and plunger are made of composite industry structure ceramic materials,at the same time,a research is carried on eccentrically rubbing and large diameter ceramic pump connecting tripping device to solve production problems of SAGD well such as high temperature,large displacement and corrosion,all the above is to improve the working lifetime of heavy-oil lifting equipment.%结构陶瓷具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高硬度方面的优秀性能.采用复合工业结构陶瓷材料制造大直径抽油泵的泵筒和柱塞体,并进行配套防偏磨技术、陶瓷大泵脱接器的研究,解决了SAGD井中高温、大排量和腐蚀等复杂工况下的生产问题,提高了稠油举升设备的工作寿命.
