新型司钻控制房正压送风系统设计与应用

The application,composition and design of a new type of positive pressure air supply system are described,focusing on the positive pressure air supply system with explosion-proof air handling system and explosion-proof control system design.Practical use shows that,new type positive pressure air supply system design is reasonable,advanced performance,safety and reliability,convenient installation,and simple operation.It greatly improves the modernization and intelligent of driller control house,reduces the manufacturing cost of driller cabin,with very high economic efficiency,practicality and promotion value.%介绍了新型正压送风系统的应用、组成与设计,着重阐述了正压送风系统防爆空气处理系统和防爆控制系统的设计.实践表明:新型正压送风系统设计合理、性能先进、安全可靠、安装方便、操作简单,大幅提高了司钻控制房的现代化、智能化水平,降低了司钻控制房的制造成本,具有推广价值.
