立式抽油机结构分析及性能对比

摘要

Four kinds of typical vertical pumping unit structures were analyzed, namely, the chain pumping unit,wide strap pumping unit,linear electromotor pumping unit,and friction pumping u-nit,and the performances of three oilfields used in Xinjiang were compared. It provides theory instructions for the subsequent development, design and choosing type of vertical pumping unit. Through the field using, the vertical pumping unit can efficiently meet deep sucking, big production liquid lifting,wider stroke adjusting range,saving energy,alternation sucking production and other requirements of oil production technology,and is the same with ultra-deep well,heavy oil well.%分析了链条抽油机、宽带抽油机、直线电机式抽油机机、摩擦换向式抽油机4种最具代表性的立式抽油机的结构,并比较其在油田的使用情况.为立式抽油机的研制和选型提供参考.现场使用表明:立式抽油机能满足深抽、大排量提液、冲次调节范围宽、节能以及间抽等采油工艺要求,适用于超深井、稠油井.
