采油用单螺杆泵排量的优化设计

             

摘要

目前,大储量油田的螺杆泵采油存在排量局限性问题.建立螺杆泵排量的数学模型,采用拉格朗日乘数法对螺杆泵的排量进行优化设计,得到螺杆泵中定子螺距、定子橡胶外径和定子橡胶的最小壁厚(双边)之间的最佳关系式,及螺杆泵螺旋角的最优解.确定了螺杆泵排量的优化设计表达式;分析了螺杆泵的排量与定转子头数比扣转子头数之间的关系.转子头数取值并不是越大越好,认为转子头数取6左右为最佳.%At present,displacement limit problems of progressing cavity pump in oil production in big reserves. The mathematical model of progressing cavity pump displacement was established, using Lagrange multiplier method to optimize the displacement of progressing cavity pump,to obtain the best relationship between the progressing cavity pump stator pitch, stator rubber outer diameter and the rubber stator min wall thickness (bilateral) ,and optimal solution of the spiral angle. The optimize design discharge expression was ascertained. The relationship between the displacement,stator and rotor thread ratio and the thread of rotor were analyzed. It is not the right to choose the thread of rotor value the bigger the better,so the thread of rotor value 6 right and left is optimum.
