注聚螺杆泵挠性杆数值模拟优化分析

摘要

在分析解注聚螺杆泵原理的基础上,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对注聚螺杆泵关键部件——挠性杆进行了模拟分析.分析结果表明:新结构能够满足工作要求,具有工程应用价值.%Based on the analysis about polymer injection screw pump principle,the newly developed down hole vertical screw pump for polymer injection of offshore platforms,using finite element a-nalysis software ANSYS,the key components of flexible rod polymer injection screw pump is simulated and analyzed.The analysis showed that:the new structure can meet the work requirements and the results of analysis have the value of engineering application.
