井下可反洗井助流举升装置

摘要

Aiming at the problems of associated gas existing in artificial lift in gas cap reservoir and high DGOR oil layer,the paper studies the model of casing gas lift device that can backwash the well.The working principle and the performance of this device were researched to makes analysis of the adaptability of the device in down-hole working environment and design technology scheme.Experiment and downhole field test research shows that:the technology can solve the problem of well casing pressure release and casing gas recovery without affecting the well back-washing,at the same time it plays a role in casing gas auxiliary lifting,reduce the pump load,im-proves the pumping efficiency,system efficiency and has wide popularization and application pros-pect.%针对存在气顶的油藏和溶解气油比较高的油层在进行机械采油时产出液伴生气较多的实际情况，研制出了一种新型可反洗井套管气助流举升装置。研究了该装置的工作机理和性能，分析了该装置对井下工作环境的适应性，设计了其配套工艺技术方案。室内试验和现场应用表明：该技术能够在不影响反洗井的情况下解决井内套管压力释放和套管气回收的问题，同时起到了套管气助流举升的作用，减轻了抽油泵的载荷，提高了抽油泵泵效及系统效率。
