游梁式抽油机变速拖动载荷与平衡分析

         

摘要

In order to solve the change characteristics and balance effect of suspension point load under the motor variable speed,a dynamics calculation method of variable speed drive of beam pumping unites is established.Three kinds of suspension speed of beam pumping units were set:conventional speed,trapezoidal speed,triangle motion speed,then the change characteristics of pumping unit suspension dynamic indicator diagram and the balance effect of pumping unit which is balanced by crank are respectively studied under different motion.The results show that,when suspension velocity curve is trapezoidal,the reduction rate of suspension alternating load was 13.38%,the negative torque decreased significantly after balancing,it has a certain energy-saving features.%为分析游梁式抽油机在电动机变速拖动下的悬点载荷变化特征与平衡效果,建立了游梁式抽油机在变速拖动下的动力学计算方法。通过初始设定游梁式抽油机悬点的常规、梯形、三角形3种速度运动规律,分别研究了在不同运动规律下,抽油机悬点动力示功图的变化特性及抽油机经曲柄平衡后的平衡效果。结果表明:悬点速度曲线为梯形曲线时,悬点交变载荷降低率为13.38%,平衡后负转矩明显减少,具有一定的节能效果。
