The nozzle is one of the key components of the erosion testing machine,so its design pa-rameter will directly influence the accuracy and the experimental efficiency of the erosion testing machine laboratory findings.Based on the fluid dynamics numerical simulation technique,the drilling fluid up for the fluid medium is made,and a cone shap e finite element model for the well drilling erosion behavior is built.The parameters of the contract angle,length/diameter ratio,di-ameter,erosion distance and so on are optimized,which provide the evidence for designing the noz-zle parameters.%喷嘴是冲蚀试验机的关键部件之一,其设计参数的合理与否将直接影响到冲蚀试验机试验结果的准确性及试验效率。应用计算流体动力学数值模拟技术,以钻井液作为喷嘴的射流介质,建立钻井冲蚀工况所用锥直形喷嘴的有限元模型,对喷嘴的收缩角、长径比、直径、冲蚀距离等参数进行优化,为喷嘴的参数设计提供依据。
