抽油机机械式软启动装置研制与应用

摘要

The structure principle of mechanical soft start device,technical parameters and realize the function are introduced,the device solved the problems to a certain extent,which exist in pump motor,such as high motor start current and unsmooth run,which are large power consump-tion.Field application shows that the device improves the motor startup performance,about 5~15 kW less than previous motor,and the soft characteristics in the transmission is improved.The de-vice is a mechanical device,no higher harmonic pollution in power grid produce;easy installation, reliable operation,easy maintenance,and long service life.%介绍了抽油机机械式软启动装置的结构原理、技术参数及实现功能。该装置在一定程度上解决了抽油机电动机存在着启动电流大、运转不平稳、耗电量大等问题。现场应用表明：该装置改善了电机启动性能，可采用比常规低5～15 kW 的电机，同时也改善了传动系统的软特性。该装置是机械装置，不产生高次谐波污染电网，安装简单，工作可靠，维护容易，使用寿命长。
