单电潜泵井下油水分离系统设计及现场试验

         

摘要

介绍了单电潜泵井下油水分离系统的结构组成、工作原理及能量分配原理,电潜泵、潜油电机及水力旋流器参数设计方法。建立了井下工况诊断模型,提出一种工况诊断方法,并运用该方法对不同井口油嘴内径条件下对 S4井的井下工况进行了诊断。现场试验表明:随着井口油嘴内径的变大,井下注入量变小,分流比变大,地面含水率变大;生产层与 S4井注入层相连通的油井,产油量和泵效基本都变大,含水率减小;生产层与 S4井生产层相连通的油井,产油量和泵效都提高,含水率减小。该模型可以有效的诊断井下工况。%The structure compositions,working principle and the energy distribution principle of this downhole oil-water separation with single electric submersible pump system,the parameter design method of the electric submersible pump,submersible motor and hydrocyclone were intro-duced.The model of diagnosing downhole conditions was established and an approach of operating condition diagnosis was also proposed.It was applied to diagnose the S4 well under the conditions of different inner diameters of wellhead chokes.The application showed that downhole conditions can be diagnosed effectively with this model.The field test indicated:the downhole water injection rate decreased,the split ratio and ground water cut increased with the increase of inner diameter of the wellhead choke;for these wells that their production zones connect to the injection zone of the S4,the oil yield and pump efficiency were improved basically and the water content decreases;for these wells that their production zones connect to the production zone of the S4,the oil yield increased and pump efficiency were improved and the water content decreases basically.
