水下采油树 MEC 密封试验装置研究

摘要

MEC seal is a key technology of subsea tree seal currently.In order to test its seal per-formance,a device for the MEC seal is designed and the analysis of the key parameters and the composition of the device designed have been carried out.In the end,the strength of the upper and lower mounting cover has been cheeked by using the ABAQUS soft-ware,the result indicates that the design of the device satisfies the requirement of strength.%MEC 密封是水下卧式采油树密封的一项关键技术。为了进行密封性能试验，设计了 MEC密封件的密封试验装置。分析了该装置的组成部分和关键参数，并采用 ABAQUS 软件对其上、下安装盖的强度进行有限元分析。分析结果表明，设计的试验装置满足强度要求。
