在高造斜率井眼轨迹控制工具中,采用一组特殊的轴承组合形式。为进一步验证其工作可靠性,在进行模拟仿真研究之前,需建立组合轴承的三维仿真模型。采用反馈调整方法,首先建立组合轴承初步模型,然后对其进行局部仿真分析设计,反馈调整模型游隙至合理范围;最终建立组合轴承的精确仿真模型。为下一步全方位仿真研究奠定基础。%In the high deflecting trajectory control tool prototype,a kind of special combination bearings were adopted,whose reliability was not known.Prior to a comprehensive simulation study to verify its reliability,a precise three-dimensional model of the combination bearings is nee-ded.Firstly,based on the calculated parameters,a crude bearing model was built,a feedback meth-od is adopted to modify the model to obtain its proper clearance during this process.An ultimately an accurate three-dimensional combination bearings model is built,lay a foundation for the next study based on the overall model.
