基于二维GIS数据和三维模型库快速构建营房土地三维模型的研究

摘要

营房土地三维可视化管理是实现营房土地信息化的重要手段，而营房土地三维模型的建立是实现三维可视化管理的前提。为提高营房土地管理水平和管理效率，提出了基于二维GIS数据和三维模型库的营房土地三维模型构建方法，解决了大范围、多区域数据采集和建模工作量大的难题，实现了数据的廉价采集和三维模型的快速构建，是实现营房土地三维可视化管理的有效途径。%The three⁃dimensional visualization management of barracks and land is an important mean to achieve informatiza⁃tion of barracks and land, and constructing the three⁃dimensional model of barracks and land is a prerequisite to achieve its three⁃di⁃mensional visualization management. In order to improve management efficiency of barracks and land,a new way of constructing the three⁃dimensional model of barracks and land based on two⁃dimensional GIS data and library of three⁃dimensional models is pro⁃posed to address the problem of large⁃scale, multi⁃regional data collection and huge efforts in modeling. The acquisition of low⁃cost data and rapid construction of three⁃dimensional model are achieved. And the three⁃dimensional visualization management of bar⁃racks and land can be realized efficiently.
