深水钻井用水上防喷器设计

摘要

The SBOP has more advantages than subsea drilling system,including lowering capacity derrick facility,lowering well and field-development costs.It facilitates the testing and maintai-ning.SBOP has received more and more applications.Some advices for SBOP design are brought forward in this paper.Firsly,flange shall provid the capacity under combination of loading,pres-sure,tension,and bending moments.Secondly,because of the particularity of sea,corrosion resis-tent of metal components shall be developed.Finally,for application of pipe in offshore drilling conditions,shear-ram could shear hiher-strength pipe and shall shear pipe under pressure and off-set-center pipe.%水上防喷器（SBOP）系统相对于水下防喷器系统，具有对平台性能要求低、作业成本低、检测和维修方便等优点，得到越来越广泛的应用。针对 SBOP 相对于陆地防喷器的特殊性，提出了在SBOP 设计过程中，应进行法兰承载能力的评估，满足特定平台对拉力、弯矩和内压组合载荷工况的要求；由于海上环境的特殊性，应提高金属构件的耐腐蚀能力；针对平台作业使用钻杆的要求，剪切闸板应满足高等级钻杆剪切的要求，满足带压剪切和偏离中心钻杆剪切的要求。
