4种钻采装备的减磨抗磨损技术研究进展

             

摘要

为提高石油天然气钻采装备的性能和寿命,需对其表界面的摩擦和磨损情况进行研究.在研究过程中,苛刻环境、复杂工况、材料表面特性的耦合效应是必须考虑的重要因素.模拟油气钻采装备和工具工况,并研究其在该条件下的磨损机理和失效规律是减小工具和零部件磨损、提高其性能和寿命的有效方法.针对油气钻采装备磨损快、寿命低的普遍现象,研究人员进行了大量的试验研究和优化设计.介绍了钻头、套管、钻井绞车刹车、螺杆泵4种常用装备近年来在减磨、抗磨损方面的国内外研究现状和进展,并对其未来走向做了探讨,为相关学者做进一步研究提供参考.%In order to improve performance and increase service life of equipment in oil and gas ex-ploration,to study their friction and wear is necessary.In the investigation of tribological behavior of the equipments and tools,the synergic effect of harsh environment,complex conditions and properties of the material have to be considered.Study of the wear mechanism by simulating the featured conditions during oil and gas exploration establishes the theoretical foundation to reduce wear and increase service life of those equipments.In this review,recent advances in tribological study of four key equipments,namely,drilling bit,casing pipeline,drilling winch brake and screw pump,are summarized.Current problems and potential solutions are discussed,as well.
