随着我国南海海域油气资源的大力开发,固定平台模块钻机的应用越来越广.由于建造及安装方式的特殊性,其模块化程度越来越高.作为模块钻机各个系统的支撑体系,在控制质量的前提下,钻机结构不仅要满足在位工况强度要求,还要满足安装工况强度要求.从南海海域近几年的固定平台模块钻机设计的经验出发,对模块钻机结构设计进行了系统的总结,对结构设计中比较关注的质量控制、安装设计等问题进行了对比分析,为模块钻机的结构设计提供参考.%As the development of oil and gas resources in the South China Sea,the fixed platform Modular Drilling Rig (MDR)was used more and more widely,and the modularity degree will be higher and higher for its special way of construction and installation.As the support structure of MDR,it must meet the strengthen requirements under in-place and installation conditions on the premise of weight control.The structural design of MDR is systematically summarized based on the design experience the MDR in service in the South China Sea past ten years,and comparative analysis for the weight control and installation design in the design process is made,which provide significant references for MDR structural design of Offshore Fixed Platform.
