冲砂同心管用Z331型自封封隔器研制

摘要

In the process of sand washing operation of concentric tube sand flushing,self-sealing packer is a kind of downhole tool which can be used to realize the fluid diversion in downhole bottom.In order to solve the technical problems of short service life,easy sand resistance and easy sand stick of the conventional bowl shaped self sealing packer,a concentric tube Z331 self sealing packer was developed.Through the structure design,working principle and finite element numerical simulation of the sack-like rubber sealing ring,the working characteristics,sealing effectiveness and the performance of the sand washing operation of the Z331 packer are studied.Through the design of wear resistant rubber sealing rubber cylinder,it can effectively prevent the packer from falling.It can effectively control the sand resistance and the sand sticking string.At the same time,the wear resistance of the rubber sealing surface due to the repeated operation of the rubber sealing surface is improved.It provides a new and effective method for the design of concentric tube type self sealing packer.%在同心管冲砂方式转化作业过程中,自封型封隔器是实现井底冲砂液流转向所必需的井下工具.为解决常规皮碗状自封封隔器使用寿命短、易砂阻、易砂卡的技术难题,研制了同心管用Z331型囊状自封封隔器.通过封隔器的结构设计、工作原理及囊状橡胶密封圈的有限元数值模拟,研究了Z331型囊状封隔器的工作特性、密封有效性及冲砂作业适用性能.耐磨蚀囊状橡胶密封胶筒可有效预防封隔器密封胶筒落砂,有效控制砂阻、砂卡管柱,同时提高了橡胶密封面因冲砂作业反复活动起下管柱而所需的耐磨蚀性能.为冲砂同心管型自封封隔器的设计提供了一种新的方法.
