基于模糊数学的海上修井机井控装备风险评估

摘要

海上修井机主要应用于开发中后期生产井的修井作业,而井控装备是确保修井过程中井控安全的重要屏障.随着海上修井机服役年限的增加,如何有效对井控装备进行风险评估,降低作业过程中的井控风险,是安全管理者迫切关注的问题.基于某平台井控装备现状,利用模糊数学安全评价法,给出了各个评价因素对井控装备的影响程度以及现场井控装备的风险等级.研究表明:评估结果符合现场实际,可为后续的修井作业提供参考.%The offshore workover machine is mainly used for production wells to do workover operations which are in the middle and later periods of the development,well control equipment is a major barrier to ensure well control safety in the workover operations.With the increase of offshore workover machine service life,how to effectively assess the risk of well control equipment in order to reduce the operation risk is urgent concern for security manager.In this article,based on well control equipment present situation by using fuzzy mathematics method of safety evaluation,the influence degree of each evaluation factor of well control equipment and the risk level of well control equipment are given.Research showed that evaluation results according to actual condition,which can provide reference for subsequent workover treatment.
