长庆油田侏罗系油藏固井技术研究及应用

         

摘要

According to the cementing difficulties on Jurassic reservoirs in Changqing field, resulting from the high permeability, oil and water in the same layer, and active bottom aquifer, the new slurry system was developed, with the functions of slight expansion, early strength, and decreasing water loss. The field tests on 123 wells in Jing'an field in 2010 proved that the slurry has good rheol-ogy, low water loss, showing rectangle for thickening curve, and high early pressure resistant strength. It solved the difficulty of poor cementing quality on Jurassic reservoir in Jing'an field, with the cementing qualification ratio of 100% and the excellent ratio of 81.3%. The technique improves cementing quality siganificantly, and supplies reliable technical support for quickly and efficiently developing Jurassic reservoirs.%针对长庆油田侏罗系渗透率相对较高、油水同层、油藏底水活跃的固井难题,研究开发出具有微膨胀、早强、降失水作用的水泥浆体系,经过2010年在靖安油田123口井的现场应用证明,该水泥浆体系具有流变性好、失水量小、稠化曲线呈直角,早期抗压强度高的特点,解决了靖安油田侏罗系固井质量差的难题,固井合格率100%、优质率81.3%,大幅度地提高了固井质量,为甲方快速有效开发侏罗系油藏提供了可靠的技术支撑.
