为满足大排量、高效率的试油排液需求,研制出一种液压举升快速排液装置。然而该装置的举升液压缸利用普通油管滑车及支架进行安装容易发生液压缸活塞杆损坏、油缸侧翻的问题。通过分析举升液压缸在安装过程中的运动特点,对油管滑车轨道系统的滑车、车轮、滑车轨道和轨道支架等部件进行了针对性改进,设计出适合液压举升快速返排系统安装时使用的安装装置。改进后的安置装置提升了系统操作安全性,满足现场需求。%In line with the production requirement for large displacement and high efifciency of oil testing and lfuid lfow, Shengli Oilifeld has developed a rapid drainage device with hydraulic lifting;the prototype has been utilized on site and all the performance parameters meet the production requirement. However, the installation of the hydraulic lifting cylinder needs manual lifting together with wellhead traveling block lifting;whereas, when if it is installed using common tubing tackle and support, then problems may occur like damage to the piston rod in hydraulic cylinder and rollover of the oil cylinder, so this method does not meet ifeld requirement. Through analyzing the movement characteristics of oil cylinder during installation of the hydraulic lifting cylinder, speciifc improvement has been made to all the parts on tubing tackle system and the installation apparatus has been designed which is applicable to the installation of quick-lfowback system with hydraulic lifting. The improved installation apparatus improves the safety of operation system and meets the ifeld requirements.
