基于海陆统筹的福州现代海洋服务业发展研究

福州海洋文化历史底蕴悠久，海洋区位优势明显，海洋资源丰富，科教优势突出，人力资源丰富，工农业基础好；加快推进海陆统筹，发展壮大福州现代海洋服务业，有利于带动海峡蓝色经济试验区经济腾飞，有利于加快实现“十八大”建设海洋强国的宏伟目标。%Fuzhou City has a long history of marine culture,with good developing conditions inclu-ding the marine location advantages,abundant marine resources,science and technology advanta-ges,abundant human resources,good industry and agriculture foundation,etc.Accelerating the development of co-ordination of land and sea,developing and strengthening modern marine service industry in Fuzhou,will be conducive to driving the economic growth of the Straits Blue Economic Zone and accelerating the realization of the eighteen’s grand goal of national marine developing strategy.
