舟山地区潮流能开发利用现状及对策建议

摘要

China has a long coastline and numerous islands,the tidal current energy ranks first in the world.The sea area of Zhoushan,Zhejiang Province,is an ideal region for developing and utili-zing the tidal current,and has plenty potential users and large application market.In 2010,China’s Ministry of Finance set up a marine renewable energy funds to support more than a dozen proj ects settling in Zhoushan area,these projects have promoted the development of marine energy in Zhoushan.This paper introduced the tidal current development of Zhoushan area from resource condition,planning layout,special founds effects,also gave the suggestions on promoting the de-velopment of the tidal energy at Zhoushan area.%我国海疆辽阔，岛屿众多，潮流能源丰富。浙江省舟山海域是潮流能开发利用条件最为理想的地区，潜在用户与应用市场巨大。文章从资源状况、规划布局、专项成效等方面介绍舟山潮流能的发展现状，并提出促进舟山地区潮流能发展的对策建议。
