我国海上固定平台水文气象观测网发展现状及存在的问题

摘要

海上观测数据对海洋工程设计和科学研究都有重大作用，海上固定平台观测网因其在位时间长、安全可靠而显得尤为重要。文章分析中国目前在海上固定平台水文气象观测方面取得的成果，包括系统集成、设备集成和研制。其中重点介绍中国海洋石油平台观测系统，并在观测方案、系统设备和数据应用等方面进行深入分析，阐述了中国海上固定平台观测网的发展现状；其次，分析了目前中国海上固定平台观测网发展存在的主要问题；最后，在海上固定平台观测总体规划和数据共享机制建立方面提出建议，为海上固定平台观测网发展提供参考。%Observed metocean data plays a significant role both in marine engineering design field and academic field.Because of longer time for in situ observation and more secure and reliable,the metocean monitoring system on fixed platform is more important than other monitoring system. In this paper,some achievements in the metocean monitoring system on fixed platform in China were mentioned,including system and equipment integration,equipment development and applica-tion examples.Especially,a specific monitoring system installed on the oil and gas platform was introduced.And the observation scheme,equipment and data application of this system were ana-lyzed in depth.The existing problems of metocean monitoring system on fixed platform were dis-cussed.Some advices for general planning of this monitoring system and establishing of data sha-ring mechanism were also described in the paper,which could support the future development of monitoring system on fixed platform.
