合理调配护理人员提高护理工作效率

     

摘要

在当前医院护理人力资源较紧缺的情况下,针对现代护理模式的转变及社会需求的改变,将护士分为通科护士和专科护士。通科护士由护理部统一调配,根据各科近3年来的收治病人数、工作量、各级护理的病人数,计算各科室护理人员编制,60%为专科护士,40%为通科护士,采取主动调配和被动调配方式。通过3年的实践,既提高了护理人员素质,又有效地解决了护理人员数量不足及床护比例失调的矛盾。%At present, some hospitals are faced with problems like short of qualified nursing personnel. To counter the change of both the modern nursing model and social demand, nurse were divided into general and professional. General Nurses were allocated by the nursing office staff. According to the last 3 years' number of admission and discharging, amount of work, numbers of different nursing care grade, the authorized size of nursing staff can be calculated in each department. 60% of them were professional, and 40 % of them were as general nurses. Through the 3 years' experience, it has elevated the quality of nurses, and effectively solved the shortage of the nursing staff as well. It bas also mitigated the imbalance between hospital beds and nursing staff.
