罗杰斯整体人理论及其在护理中的应用

摘要

介绍Rogers整体人理论的发展背景和基本内容以及目前国内外该理论的应用现况，指出理论能够为当代护理实践、护理教育、护理科研提供指导，促进护理学专业性发展。同时，该理论与中医护理观具有一定的相关性，可为中医护理理论的发展提供参考。%This article introduced the development background,basic content,and application status in China and overseas of science of unitary human beings theory by Martha Rogers.It pointed out that this theory can provide a guidance for contemporary nursing practice,nursing education,and nursing research to promote the development of nursing specialty.At the same time,the theory has a certain relevance with the traditional Chi-nese medicine nursing,which can provide a reference for the development of TCM nursing theory.
