虚拟现实疗法干预创面操作性疼痛效果的Meta分析

摘要

[目的]系统评价虚拟现实疗法干预创面操作性疼痛的临床效果.[方法]计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、OVID循证数据库、Web of Science、Springer、Cochrane循证医学数据库中关于虚拟现实疗法干预创面操作性疼痛研究的随机对照试验,由2位研究人员独立筛选文献并提取资料.[结果]共纳入11篇文献,其中9篇研究质量为A级,2篇为B级.M eta分析结果显示:试验组(虚拟现实干预)和对照组(无虚拟现实干预)在减轻创面换药过程疼痛、揭除敷料时不适症状、缩短伤口护理操作总时间3方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]虚拟现实疗法作为非药物性辅助镇痛干预,能减轻病人创面操作性疼痛,减少换药不适症状,节省伤口护理时间,但仍需设计严谨、大样本的随机对照试验进一步验证其疗效.%Objective:To system evaluate the clinical effect of virtual reality therapy on the operative pain in wound.Methods:A randomized controlled trial of virtual reality therapy for wound pain was searched by CNKI, Wanfang,Chinese biomedical literature databases,PubMed,evidence-based OVID database,Web of Science, Springer,Cochrane,Cochrane Database.A total of 2 researchers independently screened literatures and extracted data.Results:A total of 11 articles were included,9 grade A and 2 grade B.Meta analysis showed that the differ-ence between the experimental group(virtual reality intervention)and the control group(no virtual reality inter-vention)in reducing pain during dressing change,discomfort during dressing removal and shortening the total time of wound care operation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:As a non pharmacological auxil-iary analgesic intervention,virtual reality therapy could reduce operative pain,reduce dressing change symptoms and save wound nursing time,but still need to design rigorous,large sample randomized controlled trials to fur-ther verify its efficacy.
