局部氧疗对肛瘘术后患者的疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To study the effect of local oxygen therapy in patients' with anal fistula after operation.Methods: 362 patients with anal fistula were reviewed and compared from June 2009 to June 2010,362 patients were divided into two groups.182 cases( oxygen therapy group ) were given oxygen therapy on the raw surface, 180 cases( control group ) were given the common nursing approach ,and compared the of curative effect two groups.Results: Compared to patients' raw surface at pain, secretions, result of germiculture, time to heal over, had statistical difference between the two groups ( P ＜0.01 ).Conclusion: Oxygen therapy on patients' raw surface following Anal Fistula operation has a good effect, therefore, oxygen therapy is thenursing method to be worthy of spreading in clinical practice.%目的:探讨局部氧疗对肛瘘术后患者的疗效观察.方法:回顾我院2009年6月～2010年6月收治的362例肛瘘患者的临床资料,将其分为氧疗组182例,术后实施局部氧疗护理;对照组180例,术后仅行常规护理.比较两组患者的创面疼痛情况、创面分泌物情况及创口愈合时间.结果:氧疗组患者的创面疼痛、分泌物及创口的愈合时间都较对照组好,统计后有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:肛瘘患者术后实施局部氧疗能减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院时间,保证治疗效果,因此此法值得进一步推广.
