Objective: To explore the clinical effect of special nursing for patients with chronic gastric ulcer, and improve the quality of life. Methods: 149cases of patients with chronic gastric ulcer were divided into experimental group and control group, the routine care was used for control group, and targeted healthy education and mental guide was used for experimental group. Results: The indexes such as total effective rate, efficiency rate and complications in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group. Conclusion: The special nursing used for patients with chronic gastric ulcer can significantly enhance the life quality and turn the disease better, so it is a desirable nursing tape.%目的:探讨针对性护理对慢性胃溃疡患者的临床效果.方法:将149例慢性胃溃疡患者随机分为实验组和对照组.对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予针对性的健康教育和心理疏导.结果:实验组总有效率、显效率及复发率等指标均显著优于对照组,显示了较好的临床效果.结论:针对性护理应用于慢性胃溃疡患者,能显著提高患者生活质量,改善患者病情.
