妇科恶性肿瘤病人的心理护理

摘要

目的:探讨妇科恶性肿瘤病人的心理特征,并制定护理对策.方法:采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及心理问卷调查表,分析85例妇科恶性肿瘤病人的心理特征.结果:病人普遍存在焦虑、抑郁、悲观、失望,其中比例较高的为焦虑(76.47%)、抑郁(70.76%),且不同文化程度的病人产生的心理反应不同.结论:针对性的心理护理对提高病人的治疗效果及生存质量有积极的作用.%Objective: To explore the psychological features of patients with gynecology malignant tumor and make nursing measures.Methods: Using the methods of SAS, SDS and psychological rating scales to analyze the psychological features of 85 patients with gynecology malignant tumor.Results: The phenomena of anxiety, depression, pessimism and despair was general ,especially anxiety ( 76.47 ％ ), depression ( 70.76％ ).Patients receiving different education may have different psychological reactions.Conclusion: Selective psychological care has positive effect on improving the therapy and quality of life of the patients.
