摘要

通过总结鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术的手术配合要点,认为术前对患者进行心理护理、取得合作及周全的用物准备,术中熟悉手术步骤、掌握内镜特殊仪器的使用、医护密切配合是手术成功的重要保证.%By summarizing the key points of nursing cooperation in the endoscopic intranasal dacryocystorhinostomy,we concluded that the following are the most important guarantee for the surgery success:preoperation mental nursing, getting the patients' cooperation,3.thorough prepare of the surgical instruments,familiar with the surgical procedure,master the usage of particular endoscopic equipments,intimate cooperation with the surgeons.
