10例颈动脉内膜切除术患者的围手术期护理体会

摘要

目的:探讨颈动脉内膜切除术患者的围手术期护理方法.方法:回顾性分析我院2007年7月～2010年5月收治的10例颈动脉内膜切除术患者的临床资料及术前术后护理要点.结果:本组10例患者围手术期无明显手术并发症出现.出院时症状明显改善.经3个月～2年随访,除1例患者复发外,其余患者均恢复良好,可恢复正常工作生活.结论:颈动脉内膜切除手术术后并发症较多,风险较大.良好的护理是帮助患者安全平稳度过围手术期的保证.%Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing methods of carotid endarterectomy. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and the nursing skills of 10 patients who receieved carotid endarterectomy from July 2007 to May 2010 in our hospital. Results:No complications appeared in the perioperative stage. The symptoms were improved when discharged. Through 3 months to 2 years follow - up, 1 patient recurred and the others recovered well Conclusion :The carotid endarterectomy was with much complications and high risk. The well nursing was the assurance to help the patients live through the perioperative stage safely onthe basis of successful surgery.
