乳腺癌手术期个性化心理护理研究

摘要

Objective :To examine the effects of individualized psychological nursing care during the breast cancer surgery period. Methods: 100 patients were received individualized psychological nursing measures to observe the anxiety and depression before and after the study. The SAS and SDS were used to evalute the effects. Results:The depression and anxiety total scores were significantly lower after the individualized psychological nursing care(P ＜0.05). Conclusion:Individualized psychological nursing care measures can alleviate the psychological suffering,improve the quality of life.%目的:研究个性化心理护理对乳腺癌手术期患者的影响,为有效开展整体护理提供依据.方法:观察100例乳腺癌住院手术患者,在实施个性化心理护理前后对其进行焦虑、抑郁程度评估.结果:患者抑郁情绪和焦虑情绪总分明显下降,分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:个性化心理护理能使患者心理痛苦得到改善,生活质量提高.
