目的:探讨经皮推体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的围手术期护理.方法:对36例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者行经皮椎体成形术治疗并做好术前的基本护理、体位训练、心理护理及疼痛护理,术后的一般护理、生命体征监测、并发症的观察与护理、康复指导及出院健康宣教.结果:36例患者术后恢复良好,无并发症发生,随访满意.结论:围手术期正确的身心护理是手术顺利进行的有利条件,明显提高了手术的成功率和手术效果,降低了手术的风险.%Objective: To explore peri - operative nursing for vertebral fracture patients who were undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods: Related peri -operative nursing was implemented on the 36 cases,including basic nursing, postural exercise, phychological nursing, pain nursing, observation of complication and vital signs, rehabilitation, and so on. Results: There was good effect for 36 patients after operation, and no nursing complications happened. Conclusion: Percutaneous vertebroplasty can stabilize vertebrae and relieve pain, it is one of the efficiency measurement for patients with osteoporosis vertebral compressive fracture, and careful peri - operative nursing can improve the quality and reduce the risk of this operation .
